In today’s post-Covid environment, litigants and courts are increasingly looking to Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) techniques as time-saving, cost effective vehicles for resolving disputes.
Retired New Jersey Superior Court Judges, Thomas C. Miller and Michael F. O’Neill co-founded Sidebar Solutions in 2023, with the goal of providing a full complement of ADR services to the bench and bar. Subsequently, former Vicinage XIII colleagues Julie M. Marino, Steven B. Rubin and Kevin M. Shanahan have joined Sidebar Solutions, offering their individual ADR expertise and litigation support services to litigants. Each retired judge affiliated with Sidebar Solutions may be retained on an individual or group basis to assist in resolving legal disputes of any level of complexity.
